RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

We do not offer returns or refunds on SALE items or due to change of mind. 

All returns and exchanges must be requested via email at hello@thesexyburger.com 

All return and/or exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Once return is approved you will receive instructions via email.

All returned items MUST be in original packaging with all tags and hygiene sticker in place and not tampered with.

The Sexy Burger reserves the right to refuse a return if the garment shows any evidence that it has been used for any other purpose other than trying on to ensure fit.

Please be aware that we are a New Zealand based business and international shipping too and from New Zealand is expensive. If you are unsure about what size to order please email us for advice, we are more than happy to help!

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
